SAP OTC Billing & Revenue Transformation Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Billing & Revenue Transformation Lead to drive business process assessment, requirements gathering, solution advisory, and target operating model definition for an Order-to-Cash (OTC), Billing, and Revenue Transformation program.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience across SAP S/4HANA Sales, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Customer Receivables, SAP BRIM, and Finance, with a proven track record of designing contract-to-cash processes for subscription, usage-based, recurring, and hybrid commercial models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OTC Billing and Revenue Transformation initiatives from business assessment through solution design and implementation.
• Conduct business process assessments, requirements gathering, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and target operating model definition.
• Lead executive and business workshops to define future-state:
  • Order Management
  • Subscription Management
  • Billing
  • Revenue
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Collections
  • Credit Management
  • Customer Financial processes
• Design scalable contract-to-cash capabilities supporting:
  • Recurring subscriptions
  • SaaS business models
  • Usage/consumption-based billing
  • One-time sales
  • Hybrid commercial models
• Leverage SAP Best Practices, Clean Core principles, and SAP Activate methodology to define transformation solutions.
• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA processes covering Sales, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Delivery, and Customer Receivables.
• Provide solution advisory for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
• Support integration between Salesforce CPQ, SAP BRIM, and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Define end-to-end revenue lifecycle processes including pricing, subscription lifecycle, invoicing, collections, receivables, revenue accounting, and financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Accounting, Treasury, Customer Operations, Sales, Legal, and IT stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes through standard SAP capabilities and minimize unnecessary customizations.
• Evaluate AI-enabled solutions where they provide complementary value to the SAP transformation landscape.
• Drive consensus across business and technology stakeholders on future-state processes and solution architecture.
• Support transformation roadmaps and business capability design aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance on cloud-first SAP transformation and Clean Core strategies
