The Role

• Operate filling and packaging lines, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Conduct in-process quality controls and manage sample collection for quality assurance.
• Support line changeovers for different formats and products, and assist with documentation.
• Manage the transport and cleaning of filling lines, associated parts, and workspaces.
• Ensure economical and ecologically sustainable use of company resources.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a machine and plant operator or in a technical field.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical production is a plus.
• Understanding and commitment to high-quality standards in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong willingness to acquire new skills for pharmaceutical product filling and packaging.
• High degree of flexibility, initiative, and performance dedication.
• Enjoyment of challenging tasks and teamwork.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German.
• Willingness to work continuous shift patterns (early, late, and night shifts).
