The Role • Operate and set up injection molding machines independently. • Document all process flows and developments. • Develop optimized manufacturing processes. • Ensure and enhance productivity and product quality. • Perform maintenance and repair of machinery and production equipment. What You'll Need • Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber or a Toolmaker. • At least 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing/production and in plastics and rubber technology, with 1 year of experience in the aerospace industry. • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications. • Ability to work independently and possess manual dexterity with small parts. • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
