BMS Engineer

We're hiring for a leading provider of energy-efficient solutions, renowned globally for their commitment to building efficiency. This organisation is seeking a skilled BMS Engineer to join their dynamic team, contributing to high-profile projects across London and the South East.

The Role

• Perform routine service and maintenance on Building Management Systems (BMS) at key client sites.
• Respond to BMS-related callouts and provide essential support to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for small works and upgrades during service visits.
• Modify and configure BMS software to meet client requirements.
• Supervise subcontractors, including electricians and panel manufacturers, on site.
• Produce clear and accurate service reports with recommendations for improvements.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience with BMS and HVAC systems (e.g., AHUs, FCUs, Chillers).
• Familiarity with BMS products such as Trend, Tridium, or Metasys is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of control panel wiring diagrams and MCC panels.
• Knowledge of BMS networking topologies and communication protocols.
• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronic, or Software Engineering.
• A clean UK driving license.
