Job description

About Enterpret

As the world moves to AI native applications, one element matters more than anything: the data.

At Enterpret, we are unlocking the most impactful dataset for businesses, customer feedback. We centralize feedback across every source, like Twitter, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Intercom, community forums, surveys, and Gong calls, into a single knowledge graph. On top of it we build an adaptive taxonomy for each customer and an agent platform that lets teams query, monitor, and act on customer intelligence wherever they work, whether that's inside Enterpret, in Slack, or in their own AI tools through our MCP server.

Our customers include companies like Canva, Harvey, Zapier, WisprFlow, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, Western Union, and several other Product Led Growth decacorns and F500 companies.

About the role

Enterpret is looking for a sharp, data-driven operator to drive high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the company, with a primary focus on revenue operations and business systems.

As a member of our BizOps team reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Co-Founder, whose portfolio spans Business Operations and Product Operations, you will operate at the intersection of operations, finance, and GTM as a trusted problem solver and thought partner to teams across the business.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for an experienced individual contributor who enjoys solving hard problems and building systems that work. You will understand priorities, recommend solutions and take work from an unclear starting point to a working result.

You will own and improve the workflows that connect our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams. This includes how leads reach the right person, how opportunities move through the pipeline, how teams use reliable data and how approved commercial terms flow into operational systems.

We use AI as part of how we work. We want someone who can use it to learn, analyse, build and automate, while staying accountable for accuracy and quality.

Why this role

You will have real ownership of revenue workflows and the autonomy to improve how they work. Working directly with the Chief of Staff and closely partnering with the Head of Revenue and CEO, you will shape the systems behind our revenue operations and see the impact of your work.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify problems in our revenue workflows, recommend what matters most and own improvements through to measurable results.
  • Own and improve core revenue workflows, including lead routing, opportunity management, renewals and the handoffs between teams.
  • Understand our CRM and connected systems well enough to find the cause of issues, fix them safely and prevent them from recurring.
  • Keep revenue data reliable. Define metrics clearly, reconcile conflicting records and build reporting people can use to make decisions.
  • Support pipeline reviews, forecasting and quarterly planning with accurate inputs, clear risks and useful recommendations.
  • Work with Finance and commercial teams to keep approved deal terms, subscription records and billing handoffs aligned. Help resolve exceptions without making policy or financial commitments on your own.
  • Build useful automations and AI-assisted workflows. Test them with real users, monitor their results and improve them after launch.
  • Drive cross-functional work forward. Agree on owners and dates, raise blockers early and bring the right people together when a decision is needed.
  • Leave behind clear documentation and maintainable systems, not solutions that depend on one person remembering how they work.

What we are looking for

  • Experience owning revenue operations, business systems or closely related operational work. You can show work you personally took from problem to result.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot and the workflows around it. You can explain more than the dashboard layer.
  • Strong analytical skills. You are comfortable working with spreadsheets and SQL, checking data quality and explaining what the numbers mean.
  • The ability to build and troubleshoot integrations or automations using APIs, tools such as n8n or Zapier, or lightweight code.
  • Practical use of AI tools and agents, with a clear method for checking their output and measuring whether they help.
  • Curiosity, sound judgment and the ability to learn unfamiliar systems quickly.
  • Clear, concise communication and the confidence to work directly with people across teams and levels.
  • A habit of following through. You keep people informed and verify that a change actually worked.

We welcome relevant experience from different backgrounds. The strongest evidence is the work you have owned and the judgment you brought to it.

Why Enterpret

  • High Impact: Own the heaviest data systems in the company — the databases, models, and pipelines behind the product — at the moment the scale story gets much more interesting: larger enterprise customers and large-scale PLG volume.
  • Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for features and systems.
  • Complex Challenges: Make hard-to-reverse, 1–2 year architecture decisions across distributed databases, model hosting, and high-throughput pipelines, where a single change touches storage, query paths, reliability, and cost.
  • Growth: Lead future programs such as self-hosting and regional expansion to Europe and India, with an open L6 IC path for someone who can own long-term platform strategy and raise the bar across the team.
  • Culture: Open, collaborative, and values-driven environment with autonomy.
  • Benefits: Competitive salary, equity, hybrid work setup, premium healthcare, and more.

What We Value

At Enterpret, we operate with a deep sense of ownership — we play for the team and do what it takes to win together. We care personally for our teammates while pushing each other with honest, actionable feedback. Above all, we approach everything with humility and a drive to keep learning and getting better.

Equal Opportunities

We are an equal opportunity employer. We ensure that none of our employees or prospective employees receives less favourable treatment as a result of age, sex, disability, marital status, colour, race, religion or ethnic origin. Equally we aim to ensure that no such employee is disadvantaged by terms and conditions of employment which cannot be justified.
