Residential Plumber (Lehigh Valley)

A leading home services provider based out of Bethlehem, PA, is seeking experienced Plumbers to join their Residential Plumbing Install team. These are 1st shift openings, 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company in the homes of customers with a problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic.
• Install and repair a variety of residential plumbing equipment, including re-piping, water heaters, bathroom && kitchen fixtures, well pumps, water treatment systems, and more.
• Uphold the company's core value of integrity by being precise and efficient in each job.
• Provide mentorship and share career knowledge with less experienced colleagues.
• Work with minimal supervision while being an integral part of a respectful and collaborative team.
• Complete all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner, demonstrating mindfulness and effective communication.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial, but not required.
• A commitment to doing the job right the first time and taking pride in work.
• The mindset of a lifelong learner in the plumbing trade.
• A valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus.
• Proficiency with technology for work-related tasks, including using an iPad and typing professional emails.
