Senior Asset Management Analyst

The Senior Asset Management Analyst supports portfolio strategy for a large single-family rental home portfolio. The role leads capital allocation, budgeting and forecasting; analyzes property and portfolio performance; builds financial models and reports; researches real estate markets; and recommends operational and investment improvements. It collaborates across teams and may guide junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital allocation, budgeting and planning processes for the portfolio.
• Develop portfolio performance metrics, annual cash flow targets and corrective action recommendations.
• Monitor property financials and physical condition, and report results to management.
• Build forecasting and financial models; prepare cash analysis, investor and periodic reports.
• Research real estate markets and economic indicators to identify opportunities and trends.
• Recommend improvements to investment and asset management processes and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
