Job Description

Business Analyst
Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPM methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerAutomate, Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
