We're hiring for a leading hospital in Düsseldorf, a key medical facility for the region renowned for its specialized surgical, orthopedic, and internal medicine departments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team in building a new Intermediate Care Unit.

The Role

• Provide professional nursing care adhering to established standards.
• Play a key role in establishing and developing a modern IMC unit including CPU capabilities.
• Monitor patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, including pre and post cardiac catheterization.
• Ensure comprehensive basic and specialized patient care.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing processes and workflows.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed training as a Registered Nurse or a qualified Healthcare and Nursing professional.
• Ideally, possess specialized training or a willingness to complete training in IMC, CPU, or Intensive & Anesthesia Care.
• Ability to work independently, in a structured, and responsible manner.
• Proficiency with IT systems and a strong technical affinity.
• Excellent teamwork skills, empathy, and a strong service-oriented attitude.
