The Role • Support store management in daily operations and contribute significantly to store success. • Assist with personnel management, including scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members. • Share responsibility for effective sales management of a dynamic and changing product assortment. • Oversee store presentation, including ordering processes, merchandising guidelines, and daily operational tasks. • Collaborate with store management to discuss performance and future store development.
