About the roleBayside City Council is a local government body serving over 100,000 residents in the Bayside municipality, located south of Melbourne's CBD. Its purpose is to build extraordinary places, thriving communities and better futures, and it aims to be sector-leading in community outcomes and customer experience. The roleThis is a two-year fixed-term, full-time position (Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week) based at the Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with some flexibility to work from home.

The role sits at Band Level 6 and focuses on improving how residents interact with Council's digital services. It works closely with both business and IT teams. What you would do Lead the design and delivery of webforms and digital workflows in Salesforce. Manage the migration of forms from the Council website to a customer portal. Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly digital solutions. Apply UX principles and accessibility standards to ensure services are simple and efficient.

Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system. A relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience. Willingness to complete a satisfactory criminal history check and obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.

Working arrangementsThe role is based at the Corporate Centre in Sandringham, Victoria, with some flexibility to work from home (hybrid). Hours are Monday to Friday, totalling 38 hours per week. Pay and benefitsThe salary range is AUD 105,907 - AUD 115,553 per year (depending on experience), plus 12% superannuation.
