•              Promote strong communication and collaboration across geographically distributed teams.

Required Qualifications:

•              Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, or related field.

•              10+ years of experience managing enterprise ERP projects and programs.

•              Experience leading SAP and/or Oracle ERP implementations.

•              Strong understanding of ERP delivery lifecycles, terminology, and governance models.

•              Proven experience managing global, multi-country, offshore/onshore project teams.

•              Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors.

•              Solid understanding of core business processes:

o             Order-to-Cash (O2C)

o             Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Preferred Qualifications:

•              Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, etc.).

•              Experience managing cloud or hybrid ERP transformation programs.

•              Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or complex distribution environments.
