Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployment Engineer specializing in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions to support digital transformation initiatives in the insurance industry.

The ideal candidate will combine strong AI engineering capabilities, Google Cloud expertise, and insurance domain knowledge to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI applications. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, insurance subject matter experts, and technical teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution delivery from business discovery and prototyping through production deployment.

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies.

• Build LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and RAG architectures.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, insurance SMEs, and technical teams to identify high-value AI use cases.

• Translate insurance business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI applications.

• Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on business feedback.

• Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and business workflows.

• Establish evaluation, monitoring, governance, and quality practices for AI solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve underwriting efficiency, claims productivity, pricing processes, customer retention, and agent effectiveness.

• Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for enterprise AI delivery.

Insurance Domain Expertise

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

• Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance

• Life insurance

• Reinsurance and specialty insurance

• Underwriting and claims management

• Pricing and actuarial operations

• Policy administration

• Customer servicing and distribution

• Broker operations and insurance data workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in solution engineering, AI engineering, forward-deployed engineering, consulting, or enterprise application development.

• Hands-on experience building Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies.

• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation.

• Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and workflows.

• Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Understanding of insurance operations, data models, and regulatory considerations.
