Work Arrangement Primarily remote from the candidate s home location

Travel Occasional travel to the Washington, DC metro area and Pennsylvania (PA) for urgent customer meetings

Clearance Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility (required)

Required Qualifications

Clearance : Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

Experience

• 10+ years of IT systems administration maintenance, backups, upgrades, and patching of existing business systems software and server footprints.
• 10+ years ensuring the smooth operation of business systems by addressing and troubleshooting technical issues related to software applications and server infrastructure.
• 7+ years contributing to the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of knowledge bases, procedures, and policies.
• 7+ years acting on system security events and violations.
• Demonstrated experience with backup and recovery both planned and unplanned.
• Demonstrated experience with user management and internal audits in accordance with security policies.
• Experience with the SAFe Agile software delivery methodology.

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
