Powered Access Engineer – Depot Based – Erith

Location: Erith, DA8 (Inside M25 – ID1)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

At Speedy Hire, we're the UK's leading hire provider, and we're looking for a skilled and motivated Powered Access Engineer to join our depot team in Erith!

If you enjoy getting hands-on, solving technical problems and working with industry-leading equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Servicing, maintaining and repairing powered access equipment at our Erith depot.

  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.

  • Carrying out inspections, repairs and planned maintenance.

  • Working with leading brands including Genie, JLG, Skyjack and Niftylift.

  • Keeping equipment safe, reliable and ready for our customers.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Powered Access, Plant or a similar engineering environment.

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

  • Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • CAP registration would be an advantage.
