The Role

• Coordinate the nursing schedule to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Work with nursing leaders to identify and improve staffing effectiveness.
• Advise supervisors on scheduling issues and staffing ratio problems.
• Ensure compliance of employee and student files with regulatory standards.
• Schedule and inform nursing staff of their assigned shifts.
• Manage clerical duties with excellent organizational skills.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling within a hospital setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards is a plus.
