Graphic Designer

Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Graphic Designer to support a wide range of print and digital design projects for its internal sales team and external distributor network. This individual will manage approximately 80 active projects at a time, including product labels, technical documentation, digital advertisements, social media graphics, flyers, catalogs, and tradeshow materials. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing Director and the company's photographer while collaborating with the marketing, technical, and compliance teams.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded designer with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a high volume of projects. Experience with product labeling, technical documentation, print production, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and update print and digital marketing materials
• Review, revise, and prepare product labels for print production
• Adapt designs across digital and print formats
• Create social media graphics, flyers, advertisements, and tradeshow materials
• Develop and edit specification sheets, catalogs, and technical wall charts
• Collaborate with internal teams and external distributors
• Manage approximately 80 active projects and related communications
• Work independently once familiar with products and processes

Requirements

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Monday.com
• Print production and file preparation experience
• Experience with product labels or technical documentation preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Organization and project management skills
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Clear and responsive communication
