- Experience implementing the SPM module.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and platform configuration.
- Understanding of project and portfolio management processes.
- Configure and enhance ServiceNow SPM capabilities, including demand, project, portfolio, and resource management.
- Develop workflows, forms, business rules, scripts, reports, and dashboards.
- Support integrations between SPM and other ServiceNow modules or external systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, test changes, and support deployments.
- Document configurations and work with stakeholders to improve processes.
