Role Summary:

We're on the lookout for a Senior Developer/Tech Lead - someone who sees product, engineering, and design as one big creative playground. This role is perfect for a curious, hands-on thinker who loves turning a sketch of an idea into something polished, powerful, and surprisingly intuitive. You'll experiment, build, iterate, and occasionally invent your own tools along the way. Key Responsibilities:

Architect and deploy end-to-end AI-driven product features.

Design and build intuitive user interfaces through code.

Make user-centred technical and aesthetic decisions.

Work with product and project managers to plan roadmaps.

Work independently or collaboratively as needed.

Requirements Skills & Experience:

Strong programming skills in TypeScript and Python for AI development.

Proficiency in AI development tools such as Cursor, Vercel, n8n, etc. AI-powered agents. You have experienced its strengths and weaknesses.

Deep understanding of infrastructure at scale.

Solid engineering fundamentals with architectural thinking.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You must be based in Australia.
