Need Project Manager / PMP / PMO - Remote

Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for Pharma Industry Administration leadership, operating as an embedded extension of the client team and maintaining a regular onsite presence in the Washington, DC area.

Lead execution of the integrated PMO and Change Enablement function, coordinating governance, initiative delivery support, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities across the Administration portfolio.

Facilitate PMO governance forums, executive reporting, risk and issue management, dependency management, initiative prioritization, and decision-making processes to drive consistent portfolio execution.

Partner directly with executive and functional leaders to align priorities, resolve cross-functional issues, and drive accountability for initiative outcomes.

Develop and maintain portfolio-level dashboards, status reporting, RAID logs, action tracking, and executive-ready communications.

Lead organizational change management activities including stakeholder analysis, communications planning, change readiness assessments, training coordination, and adoption tracking. Coordinate and oversee a small team of PMO and change resources , directing day-to-day activities and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery across workstreams.

Support capability transfers by coaching client personnel, documenting governance processes, and helping establish a sustainable PMO and change management operating model.

Manager or above with 6+ years of PMO, program management, transformation, and/or change management experience.

Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with VP-and C-level leaders.

Experience standing up PMOs, governance functions, or transformation offices.

Familiarity with organizational change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR preferred).

Located in the Washington, DC metro area and available for regular onsite engagement with the client.
