Technical Lead / Engineering Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Location : Mclean VA USA - Onsite W2 only

Must-Have:

• 10+ years software engineering/technology delivery experience.
• Strong Technical Lead experience; ability to lead 10+ team members / multiple Agile squads.
• 2+ years of people management, mentoring and coaching.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & REST APIs.
• Strong AWS / cloud-native development experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI/GenAI tools for software engineering.
• Experience with Angular or React, SQL, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Strong production support, RCA, observability and application resiliency experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management.

Nice to Have: Mortgage industry experience.
