Job Title: Engineering Manager – Product & Platform

Location: NJ, Minneapolis, Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Duration: longterm contract position

Visa: H1, & USC

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in an Engineering Manager or Technical Manager role.
• Proven experience leading product engineering and platform engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams.
