Mobile BMS Engineer Birmingham £50,000 - £56,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card Brief Mobile BMS Engineer needed for a large Facilities Management organisation based in Birmingham who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Mobile BMS Engineer that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge and Experience of at least one of the following (additional training can be provided depending on the area requirements at a later date):

As a Mobile BMS Service Engineer, you will manage a variety of essential planned and reactive tasks across our diverse portfolio, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Business Parks and Government Buildings. Your day-to-day will involve: Preventative Maintenance:

Carrying out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.<br />Reactive Calls: Responding to breakdowns when things go wrong.

This role involves participating in a reactive call-out rota, which includes additional financial benefits for on-call availability and attendance.<br />Continuous Improvement: Working with other engineer colleagues to help make recommendations to our clients to enhance system performance and energy efficiency.

This will require teams to complete thorough reports and build up clear cost estimates &amp; quotes for system enhancements. What experience you need to be the successful Mobile BMS Engineer:
