The Role

• Build and maintain rapport with customers through excellent service via phone and email.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Reduce portfolio aging by determining reasons for overdue payments.
• Meet department goals while multitasking effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to minimize aging and bad debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.
