The Role
- Gain comprehensive insights into areas such as socio-psychiatric support, and educational assistance.
- Support colleagues in practical, goal-oriented, pedagogical guidance within individual living environments and family life.
- Engage in targeted learning within specialized fields such as childhood education, social work with adults, child and youth welfare, or school-based social work.
- Work in small groups, fostering close interaction with educators and peers.
What You'll Need
- (Technical) University entrance qualification (Abitur), a qualified vocational qualification, or state-recognized technician or business administrator qualification.
- Proof of German language proficiency at B2 level.
- Demonstrated qualities of diligence, responsibility, and discretion.
- High degree of empathy, interpersonal skills, enjoyment of working with people, and resilience.
- Previous volunteer experience (e.g., Voluntary Social Year, Federal Volunteer Service) is advantageous.
