IT Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional technology and workplace initiatives involving Technology, Business, Facilities, end users, and third-party vendors.

This is a hands-on delivery role responsible for coordinating multiple workstreams, managing schedules and dependencies, driving accountability, communicating with end users and business stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered with minimal disruption to the business.

The ideal candidate is a strong project and delivery manager who can effectively bridge technical and non-technical teams while maintaining a strong focus on the end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technology and workplace initiatives.
• Serve as a key interface between Technology, Business, Facilities/Real Estate, vendors, and end users.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple technical, business, facilities, and vendor workstreams.
• Manage user scheduling and communications for migrations, PC upgrades, deployments, and office moves.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate technology readiness, testing, pilots, migrations, deployments, and cutovers.
• Align Technology delivery schedules with Facilities, business, and end-user requirements.
• Lead project meetings, status reviews, readiness sessions, and implementation activities.
• Provide clear project status reporting and executive-level updates.
• Gather end-user feedback and partner with Technology teams to improve future deployments and the overall user experience.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Technology Delivery, Program Management, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience working across Technology, Business, Facilities/Real Estate, vendors, and end users.
• Experience with end-user technology deployments, migrations, PC refreshes, workplace technology, or similar programs.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical engineers, business leaders, Facilities teams, vendors, and end users.
• Ability to drive accountability and results across teams without direct authority.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
