We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Lead Consultant with significant experience in implementing Epicor Kinetic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the overall setup and deployment of core financial systems for our prestigious client. This remote position offers a dynamic opportunity to be a pivotal part of transformative financial projects that drive business success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Epicor Kinetic focusing on core financial modules including COA Setup, GL Control Code Setup, and GL Categories.
- Guide the setup and management of Cost Accounting and Project Accounting systems to ensure alignment with client’s financial strategies.
- Develop and implement processes for Deferred Revenue and Billing, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee P&L and Balance Sheet Reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports.
- Manage Cycle Counting and Annual Inventory processes to optimize stock levels and reduce discrepancies.
- Lead Planning & Forecasting activities, providing strategic insights to support the client’s financial decision-making.
- Proven experience in leading Epicor Kinetic implementations, with a focus on financial modules.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and regulations.
- Experience in managing full lifecycle of financial system implementations, from planning through to deployment and support.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project scopes and client needs.
- Relevant certifications in financial software or accounting considered an asset.

- Availability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the project.
Publishing Pay Range: $75.00 - $80.00 hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
