Medworks is seeking a driven, high-performing Associate Territory Sales Manager to support and expand our presence across the Pacific Northwest. In this hunter-focused role, you'll drive growth through capital equipment, instrumentation, and disposable product sales while building trusted partnerships with hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices.

Primary Market Focus: Washington and Montana

Base Salary: $65,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000+

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Travel: Approximately 80%

Car Allowance: Provided

What You'll Do

As an Associate Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a combination of new business development, account management, and clinical relationship building.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive revenue growth through capital equipment and disposable product sales

Generate new business through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and competitive account conversions

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, surgical teams, nurses, administrators, and executive stakeholders

Collaborate with internal sales and clinical teams to identify and close opportunities

Develop and execute strategic territory business plans

Deliver consultative, ROI-focused product presentations and proposals

Provide hands-on product support and procedural assistance when needed

Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity using CRM tools

Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive products, and customer needs

Consistently achieve and exceed territory sales objectives

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will:

Establish strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders across the territory

Successfully grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities

Increase adoption of Medworks products and solutions

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Become a trusted partner to physicians, surgical teams, and healthcare administrators

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

2+ years of successful B2B sales experience

Demonstrated success in new business development and territory growth

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to engage and influence both clinical and administrative decision-makers

Excellent organizational skills and CRM discipline

Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical devices, healthcare sales, pharmaceuticals, laboratory sales, capital equipment, or clinical services

Experience selling into hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, or physician practices

Consultative sales experience involving longer and more complex sales cycles

Preferred Locations

Candidates should reside within 50 miles of a major airport and be based in one of the following areas:

Seattle/Tacoma, WA

Spokane, WA

Billings, MT

Bozeman, MT

Helena, MT

Missoula, MT

Great Falls, MT

Frequent travel throughout Washington and Montana is required.

Requirements

Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory

Valid driver's license and active auto insurance

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Flexibility to support procedural and clinical schedules

Ability to travel by both vehicle and air as business needs require

Travel Expectations

Approximately 80% travel within the territory

Minimum of two overnight stays per week in the field

Majority of time spent supporting customers throughout Washington and Montana
