Psychotherapist (m/f/d) for Children/Adolescents in Further Training | Korbach, Germany | On-site

We are seeking motivated professionals for a leading psychosomatic clinic recognized as one of the largest in Germany. This facility is dedicated to providing specialized care and therapeutic programs for adolescents, offering an excellent environment for professional growth and development in a critical field of mental health.

The Role

• Conduct comprehensive psychological diagnostics for adolescent patients in an inpatient setting.
• Provide individualized psychotherapeutic treatment, tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Lead indication-specific group therapies and actively facilitate the therapeutic process.
• Prepare accurate admission and discharge reports, ensuring professional documentation.
• Undertake the 36-month structured further training to become a specialist psychotherapist for children and adolescents.

What You'll Need

• Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Psychotherapy (Psychology with a focus on Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy according to the reformed study regulations).
• Willingness to participate in the full-time inpatient component of the specialist psychotherapist training program.
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary therapeutic team.
• Demonstrated initiative, high engagement, and a responsible work ethic.
• Excellent social skills and empathy in interactions with patients and colleagues.
