The Role

• Greet and engage customers courteously, guiding them through the entire sales process.
• Effectively educate customers on vehicle benefits and available financial products/financing options.
• Conduct test drives, ensuring customers understand the vehicle's operating features.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up post-purchase.
• Maintain required unit averages, PVR, and VSC standards.

What You'll Need

• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong customer service mentality and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to learn and apply new information, with a Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
