The Role • Greet and engage customers courteously, guiding them through the entire sales process. • Effectively educate customers on vehicle benefits and available financial products/financing options. • Conduct test drives, ensuring customers understand the vehicle's operating features. • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up post-purchase. • Maintain required unit averages, PVR, and VSC standards.
