We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Versa SSE and enterprise network security solutions. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the migration to Versa solutions across existing and future retail stores. The role involves working on complex network security projects, managing service transitions, coordinating with cross-functional infrastructure teams, and ensuring the stability, performance, and security of enterprise network environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage Versa SASE/SSE solutions in collaboration with Engineering and L2 support teams.
• Support the migration and implementation of Versa solutions across existing and new store locations.
• Manage complex network security incidents and provide L2/L3 production support.
• Work with vendors, service providers, and internal infrastructure teams.
• Plan and manage service readiness for new and enhanced network security services.
• Monitor network security infrastructure health, performance, and availability.
• Manage hardware maintenance, software/firmware patches, upgrades, and release testing.
• Review SLA compliance and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Develop and maintain Versa architecture documentation, network topologies, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance, project implementation, and outage activities.
• Provide on-call support for outages, emergencies, and escalations as required.

Requirements:

<>Required Skills:

• 6–8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience in network security engineering, architecture, or operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Versa SSE, including recent versions.
• Proven experience designing, deploying, and implementing Versa solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Previous successful onsite delivery of Versa solutions for a global organization.
• Mid-level experience with other firewall technologies, particularly Palo Alto Panorama.
• Knowledge of firewall technologies, including Proxy, DNS, IPS, and related security services.
• Experience providing technical support to L2/L3 production operations teams.
• Ability to create and maintain network security documentation, configurations, and network diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of logging technologies such as Accenture MxDR.
• Basic understanding of CMDB and its integration with network infrastructure.

• Experience with Versa Firewall, Palo Alto Panorama, and other firewall technologies.
• Experience with Network Security Engineering, Firewall Administration, and Enterprise Network Security.
• Experience with Versa Deployment & Implementation, L2/L3 Production Support, and Network Troubleshooting.
• Experience with Proxy, DNS Security, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), and Network Architecture.
• Experience with Network Monitoring, Firmware & Software Upgrades, and Network Documentation.
• Experience with Incident Management, CMDB, and Versa SD-WAN.
• Experience with Network Security, Firewall Management, and Network Engineering.
• Experience with Security Operations, L2/L3 Support, and Service Management.
• Experience with Network Infrastructure, Enterprise Networking, and Security Policy Management.
• Experience with Firmware Upgrades, Patch Management, and SLA Management.
• Experience with CMDB, Accenture MxDR, Production Support, Service Transition, and Vendor Management.
• Experience with IT Infrastructure.
