Level 2-3 IT Support Technician

Join Podium IT in a senior Melbourne IT support role spanning complex troubleshooting, infrastructure, Microsoft cloud, networks, security and technical leadership for small business and healthcare clients. This role suits an experienced technician who can own complex support outcomes, contribute to projects and guide less experienced team members. You will work across client environments where reliability, communication and careful change management matter.

• Own escalated incidents and complex technical investigations through to resolution
• Support and improve Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, virtualisation, backup and network environments
• Plan and implement infrastructure, migration, security and onboarding projects
• Review technical risk and turn findings into clear client recommendations
• Maintain accurate standards, documentation and handover information
• Mentor technicians and contribute to service quality and operational improvement.

• Demonstrated experience in managed services or broad business IT support
• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, identity and endpoint administration
• Solid networking knowledge across firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS and DHCP
• Experience with backup, recovery, monitoring and security controls
• Confident project delivery and change planning
• Clear, respectful communication with clients, vendors and technical colleagues.
