Job Title: Product Owner – Test Team

Location: Mossville, IL — Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Job Description:
Seeking a Product Owner to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of testing capabilities, QA tooling, automation frameworks, and quality process improvements across software engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, QA Lead, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience working with software testing/QA teams
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and automated testing
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Product backlog management and prioritization
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and environment management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
• Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Git/source control
• Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or API automation
• Quality dashboards, test metrics, and release readiness
• Release management and quality gates
• Enterprise or regulated environment experience
