Role Summary
Experienced AI Advisory & Value Consultant (Contractor) responsible for supporting enterprise AI advisory services by translating stakeholder demand into clear AI recommendations, persona-based guidance, value hypotheses, and business-aligned decision support. This role helps Member Firms, Global Businesses, Client Technology, DTTL, and strategic alliance stakeholders evaluate AI opportunities and align AI investments to measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
AI Advisory & Stakeholder Support
  • Facilitate AI discovery, assessment, and advisory sessions with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate AI opportunities, use cases, business requirements, and target outcomes.
  • Support development of structured AI recommendation packages, including assumptions, trade-offs, decision owners, and next steps.
  • Assist with AI intake review, demand shaping, and routing across readiness, activation, adoption, and value realization teams.
  • Coordinate cross-pillar inputs to ensure advisory responses are complete, actionable, and aligned to the GTI/CTO operating model.
Persona Strategy & Use-Case Alignment
  • Conduct persona and work-pattern analysis to determine AI tool fit and adoption implications.
  • Develop persona-based tool stack recommendations, use-case guidance, and adoption considerations.
  • Maintain persona profiles, recommendation frameworks, and advisory playbooks.
  • Support licensing, deployment, and prioritization discussions through a persona and value lens.
Business Value & Decision Support
  • Develop value hypotheses, business case inputs, and expected outcome models for AI initiatives.
  • Define success metrics, adoption indicators, and business impact measures.
  • Support executive-ready presentations, assessments, and stakeholder recommendation materials.
  • Identify opportunities to scale high-value AI capabilities across stakeholder groups.
Required Expertise
AI Strategy & Advisory
  • Experience evaluating business applications of AI, digital platforms, SaaS tools, or emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of AI product ecosystems, productivity tools, and enterprise adoption considerations.
  • Experience facilitating advisory, assessment, strategy, or business architecture engagements.
Persona, Workforce & Adoption Strategy
  • Experience developing persona frameworks, workforce segmentation, or user journey analysis.
  • Ability to connect tools and capabilities to work patterns, roles, and business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess user needs, adoption implications, and value potential.
Consulting & Executive Communication
  • Strong facilitation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across senior stakeholders in large, matrixed enterprise environments.
  • Comfort operating independently as a contractor and leading through ambiguity.
  • Demonstrates confidence and professionalism when engaging stakeholders and cross-functional teams on camera in virtual environments.
