Job Title - Infrastructure Engineer

Duration - Contract For 1+ years
Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to and manage support tickets through ServiceNow or other IT service management tools.
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, software deployments, and technology rollouts.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and equipment lifecycle tracking.
• Perform printer support, routine maintenance, and asset disposal activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient IT operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical assistance and training to end users when needed.
• Follow IT security policies and support cybersecurity best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications.
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts and IT best practices.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• IT-related degree, certification, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• 1+ year of IT support experience preferred; entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.
