Front Desk/Housekeeping Team Member (PT, Year-Round)

We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused team member to assist with front desk operations and housekeeping at Brunswick Beaches! This flexible, as-needed position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in keeping things clean and welcoming, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
• Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and assist with front desk administrative tasks.
• Clean and maintain restrooms, laundry facilities, and other common areas.
• Help keep park facilities clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist with other campground operations and tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive guest experience.

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning facilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation and front desk systems.
• Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible, as-needed schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
