The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery and tyre changes, and complex fault finding. • Offer quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members. • Start and end your workday from your driveway. • Tackle challenges and make a real impact on the roadside. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure. • A proud ambassador for automotive assistance services.
