Brand & Marketing Executive

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (negotiable Depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7:30am - 4:30pm (with a degree of flexibility)

This is an opportunity to join a growing, design-led SME business that works with premium brands around the world. Rather than focusing on strategy creation, your role will be to take an established marketing direction and execute it brilliantly across multiple channels, helping to ensure the business presents itself consistently, professionally and creatively at every customer touchpoint.

This role would suit a confident and commercially aware marketing professional who enjoys being hands-on, can work independently and takes pride in producing polished, high-quality marketing materials.

The Opportunity

As the key marketing professional within the business, you will work closely with commercial, project and design teams to create engaging communications that strengthen the company's brand position and support ongoing growth.

You'll be given autonomy to manage day-to-day marketing activity whilst collaborating with experienced colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Communications & Marketing Materials

• Create professional customer presentations, sales decks and pitch materials
• Produce brochures, case studies and branded marketing collateral
• Ensure visual consistency across all customer-facing communications
• Develop engaging digital marketing assets

Content & Copywriting

• Create and edit compelling marketing copy
• Develop content for customer communications and email campaigns
• Produce engaging case studies and marketing literature
• Support ongoing website content updates and improvements

Internal Communications

• Create presentations and communication materials for internal initiatives
• Help ensure consistent brand messaging throughout the business
• Support the development of marketing resources used across departments

Marketing Operations

• Maintain marketing assets, literature and sample materials
• Coordinate marketing suppliers and external partners
• Manage marketing files, resources and documentation
• Handle inbound enquiries and direct opportunities to the appropriate teams

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in a creative marketing, brand marketing or marketing communications position and can demonstrate a strong portfolio of work.

You will ideally possess:

• Experience in a marketing, brand or communications role
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, or similar creative software
• Excellent copywriting and written communication skills
• A strong eye for detail and brand consistency
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive, self-starting approach
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to work closely with customer-facing teams
• You are willing to be accountable for the results of your work

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently and turning ideas into high-quality marketing output that delivers real business impact.
