The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and create appealing displays for meat, sausage, cheese, and deli items.
• Demonstrate skill in processing and portioning fresh goods.
• Prepare custom specialties according to in-house recipes.
• Implement creative ideas for sales-boosting promotions.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Experience in food retail or gastronomy is ideal, but not essential for motivated career changers with food handling experience.
• A genuine interest in preparing and enhancing fresh food products.
• A passion for customer interaction and the retail environment.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work a flexible shift system, including Saturdays.
