Job Description

Our mission is simple yet impactful: to deliver exceptional care that brings joy, comfort, and independence to those we serve, while fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for our team.

We believe in building meaningful connections by carefully matching our Live-In Care Professionals with clients based on shared interests and hobbies. These thoughtful pairings help create trust and allow us to provide truly personalized support that brightens each day.

Our branches are proud to serve local communities:

Pontypool branch: Serving the beautiful Monmouthshire region, including Abergavenny, Usk, Monmouth, and Pontypool.

What We Offer:

-Flexible Schedule: A pattern of two weeks on and two weeks off, if this arrangement suits both the care professional and our clients.

-Support: Comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.

-Meals: Either three meals a day or a meal allowance provided by the client.

-Accommodation: A separate room to stay in, with access to TV and WiFi.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking individuals with a high degree of flexibility who are committed to meeting our clients' needs with care and kindness. If you thrive in an environment where every day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful difference, we would love to hear from you.
Why Choose Us?
At Home Instead, we’re passionate about helping our clients stay in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by the things and memories they love. We believe in delivering care with compassion, respect, and a personal touch—making a real difference in people's lives every single day.
