Position Overview

Our client, a stable and growing global organization in the logistics and transportation sector, is seeking a Senior .NET Developer / Team Lead to join their team in Warren, NJ. This individual will play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, WinForms, Azure, SQL Server, and Entity Framework, along with strong architecture, coding standards, and leadership experience.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with C# and .NET Development
• Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core
• Extensive hands-on experience with WinForms
• Expert-level SQL Server & T-SQL development
• Database design, schema management, and performance tuning
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework & Entity Framework Core
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs/Web Services
• Hands-on experience with Azure technologies Key Vault
• Blob Storage
• Graph API
• Other Azure Services
• Strong understanding of:
• Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
• Dependency Injection
• Multithreading
• Asynchronous Programming
• Experience performing code reviews and architectural design
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
