Staff Software Engineer, AdTech Architecture & Leadership

REA Group is seeking a Staff Engineer to help shape the AdTech architecture powering high-scale real estate advertising across web and app. You will design, implement, and evolve robust backend systems while keeping a strong focus on reliability and performance.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney, you will lead technical discovery, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Sales and Operations to balance options, effort, and quality in delivering next-generation advertising capabilities.
