Job description

Position Title: Integration Developer
 
Location: Middletown / Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)
 
Work Arrangement: Virtual / Remote with occasional travel (1 week per month onsite in Middletown, PA).

  • Core Technologies: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful APIs
  • Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Service Bus, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
  • Integration Expertise: System Integrations, Microservices, Middleware, Custom API Development
  • Domain Focus: IVR Systems, Tolling / Traffic Management Systems
Secondary Skills:
 
  • Enterprise Platforms: SAP, MS Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Data & Design: JSON/XML transformations, SOLID design patterns, Clean Code principles
Requirements:
 
  • 8+ years of experience in system integrations, Azure cloud solutions, and IVR systems.
  • Experience with tolling projects or high-volume customer-facing systems is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using C#, .NET, and Azure.
  • Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and custom middleware to connect SAP, CRM, IVR, and external systems.
  • Develop Azure Functions and leverage Azure Service Bus (queues, topics, triggers).
  • Optimize IVR systems to enhance customer interaction and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain clean coding standards and document technical designs, test plans, and system flows.

Interview Process

  1. Initial Interview: Video call via Microsoft Teams (webcam required, no AI tools or external devices allowed).
  2. Subsequent Interviews: Additional in-person sessions at the Middletown, PA facility may be required.

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Clearances: ePATCH (PA Criminal Check) and National Criminal Background Check required.
  • Onboarding: Onsite orientation day in Middletown, PA to pick up equipment.
