As part of a small, high-impact team, you will play a critical role in evaluating market opportunities, understanding customer needs, and analyzing business performance to help shape go-to-market strategies. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to ensure our expansion strategy is backed by deep insights and actionable recommendations.

About the Role:

Market & Customer Insights

  • Conduct market research leveraging both AI tools and traditional methods to assess market size, competitive landscape, and customer trends.
  • Lead primary research through interviews, surveys, and field studies with customers, prospects, and partners.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct end-to-end analysis of revenue and pipeline data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing automation, third-party research, etc.) to create clear, actionable insights.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership on international performance and expansion strategies.

Strategic Planning & Recommendations

  • Use research and analysis to map the size of markets, compare competitors, and build business cases and recommendations for market entry and investments.
  • Lead scenario planning and forecasting for new market opportunities.

About You:

  • 5+ years in market research, business analysis, strategy, or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI)
  • BA degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Market research expertise, including experience with both primary research (interviews, surveys, focus groups) and secondary research (industry reports, databases, AI-driven analysis).
  • Exposure to international markets, ideally in EMEA
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research and insight generation, with strong prompting skills to extract meaningful results.
  • Experience analyzing revenue, pipeline, and marketing performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and storytelling skills, able to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, present insights to diverse stakeholders.
