Director of Marketing to lead our property’s marketing efforts.

This role manages the marketing department, develops and directs all marketing programs, and ensures both marketing and financial goals are met. The Director of Marketing creates and executes sales strategies, campaigns, media plans, promotions, and advertising initiatives that keep our property competitive and engaging. Develop, manage, and expand the overall marketing plan within budget. Direct all marketing activities, including advertising, database marketing, promotions, and player development. Analyze promotion results and market research, making data-driven recommendations.

Oversee and develop marketing staff, including Casino Hosts. Manage department policies, procedures, and compliance with internal controls. Prepare reports and trend analyses, offering recommendations to the General Manager and Corporate Marketing. Work weekends and holidays as needed. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven leadership in marketing management preferred.
