Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused
Sales Representative to generate leads and bring in new business. No experience is required - we train the right people! In this role, you will meet directly with homeowners, assess their home service requirements, and provide tailored recommendations that drive value and trust.

What You’ll Do
Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
Present service options, pricing, and financing solutions clearly and confidently
Build trust with homeowners and close service, repair, or replacement projects

Strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales or in a customer-facing role
Familiarity with the roofing industry
