Intern - Financial Analysis & Strategic Reporting (F/M/N)
Internship available for a duration of 4 to 6 months

Foyer Group is one of Luxembourg's leading financial services providers, offering insurance, wealth management and investment solutions. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Intern - Financial Analysis & Strategic Reporting to support Group-level financial analysis, reporting and strategic initiatives.
Working closely with the Head of Reporting & FP&A, you will contribute to high-impact projects related to financial performance analysis, strategic communication and business intelligence. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior management topics and Group-wide decision-making processes.
Your ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Reporting & FP&A team, you will actively contribute to strategic finance activities by:
Supporting the preparation of strategic and financial communication materials for external stakeholders.
Contributing to the development of the Group's strategic narrative by highlighting financial performance, business model strengths and key value drivers.
Conducting benchmarking and competitive analyses of European insurance companies and financial institutions.
Analyzing Group financial performance, business trends and key operational indicators.
Preparing management dashboards and performance reports using available financial and operational data.
Assisting in the production of presentations and reporting materials for senior management and strategic discussions.
Supporting financial planning and performance monitoring activities.
Performing market research and ad hoc analyses to support strategic projects and decision-making.
Helping identify key insights and translating complex financial information into clear and impactful messages.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting processes and financial analytics.
Providing general support to the Reporting & FP&A team on project-based and day-to-day activities.
You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Management or a related field, and are eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic curriculum.
You have a strong interest in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, reporting and strategic management.
You possess a solid understanding of financial statements, financial performance indicators and business economics.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent attention to detail.
You are comfortable working with large datasets and transforming data into meaningful business insights.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to present information in a structured manner.
You are proactive, curious and eager to learn in a dynamic corporate environment.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Power BI, financial modelling or valuation techniques would be considered an asset.
You have a mandatory proficiency in English.
French and/or German would be considered strong assets.
