Role Overview

• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle.• Present features, technology, and benefits in a clear, informative way.• Lead test drives that genuinely support the buying decision.• Provide straightforward information on pricing, leasing, and financing options.• Maintain follow-up communication that feels respectful, not high-pressure.• Handle digital inquiries promptly and set solid appointments.• Build long-term relationships that earn repeat and referral business.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, not required).• Someone comfortable closing deals without being pushy.• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner.• Able to learn product knowledge and speak to features accurately.• Organized, dependable, and able to manage follow-up.• Available on weekends and evenings.• Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing.

Compensation & Benefits
