Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Deployment Team Member to manage the delivery, setup, and support of hardware assets across multiple regional sites. If you thrive in a active, hands-on technical role, this position is for you.
 
Location: Nashville, TN (with statewide travel to Knoxville, Chattanooga, & Jackson)
 
Work Arrangement: On-Site

Key Responsibilities & Important Skills
  • Hardware & Workstation Setup: Assembly, preparation, and configuration of laptops, workstations, peripherals, and software.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: On-site and remote hardware and software problem resolution.
  • Inventory & Asset Tracking: Maintaining clean, organized storage areas and accurate asset deployment records.
  • Field Service & Travel: Comfortable traveling to regional offices (travel expenses fully reimbursed by standard state guidelines).
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, and push equipment up to 50 lbs, as well as stand, walk, and bend during setup cycles.
  • Communication & Safety: Clear coordination with end-users and strict adherence to technical safety procedures.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (IT certifications like CompTIA A+ are a plus).
  • Experience: Prior background in IT deployment, desktop support, or hardware technician roles.
  • Requirements: Local candidate with a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
