The Role • Repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical matters, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning. • Provide excellent customer service from order acceptance to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and order processing. • Conduct quality assurance, inventory management, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or body shop specialist. • Willingness to complete the required certification for Operations Manager or already hold the qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills. • Proficiency in PC usage and administrative tasks. • Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
